Automobile Fuel Tank With Pump

Introduction

It does not matter if your car runs on gasoline/petrol or diesel, all that fuel has to be stored somewhere. Fuel tanks not only store fuel, but also allow you to view the amount of fuel remaining. Many modern cars convert the amount of fuel remaining into kilometres or miles so that you know just how far you can travel before you run out of fuel.

This 3D model shows all major components associated with a typical automobile fuel system, these include:

  • V d.c. Pump
  • Fuel Inlet
  • Filter
  • Suction Pipe
